SalesLoft, a sales engagement platform, has launched a new integration with RambleChat, a chat and messaging software to enable users to have real-time account-based conversations via advanced chat channels.
The new integration of RambleChat’s messaging technology into SalesLoft’s platform is designed to help sales reps build better pipelines by:
- Embedding chats into SalesLoft email cadences;
- Routing conversations to the current account owner in SalesLoft;
- Personalizing chat greetings and messaging on a website; and
- Extending chat capabilities beyond the website into SalesLoft Cadences and social channels through RambleChat’s Single Click Chat.
